I worked with Ed at Bloemendaal through the period, 2012-2015. During that time we became European Champions and 2nd in the Hoofdklasse.
Ed was an integral part of our medical team. His main duties were treating and rehabbing the players. On top of this Ed was in charge of our injury prevention program. Both parts I would say were vital to our success on the field.
Ed is a very experienced physio who connected well with the team. As Head Coach I would certainly want to work again with a professional with his qualities.
Russell Garcia is de afgelopen drie seizoenen hoofdcoach geweest van de hoofdklasse hockeyclub Bloemendaal. Russell ademt en leeft hockey. Al op jonge leeftijd was duidelijk dat de topsport op zijn lijf geschreven was. Op 18 jarige leeftijd won hij met het Britse hockeyteam Goud op de Olympische Spelen in Seoul. Tot vandaag is hij de jongste Britse gouden medaille winnaar ooit.
In mijn carrière heb ik niemand ontmoet die zo toegewijd is aan dat waar hij voor staat als Russell.
